Our organization wants to volunteer.
Reach out to our Volunteer Program Manager to schedule your group’s volunteer experience. Perfect for team-building or marking occasions occasions like MLK Day of Service, Cultural Heritage Months, or Employee Appreciation Week.
Can we volunteer on a regular basis?
Absolutely! If your group wants to volunteer once or on a regular schedule, we can accommodate up to 20 people per day on our construction sites. Smaller groups are also welcome in the ReStore Monday–Saturday.
Can our retired employees volunteer too?
Anyone 14 and older can volunteer in the ReStore, and 16 and up on construction sites. Adults of all ages are welcome — retirees included!
Can our employees donate from their paychecks?
Many workplaces have programs for workplace giving through paid time off for volunteering, payroll deductions, or matching gifts programs, and these vary from organization to organization. Reach out to us to discuss partnering in this way.
Can we donate a portion of our sales?
We partner with local businesses for special fundraising events. If you would like to arrange a fundraiser through your business, email Carrie Rogers (crogers@chathamhabitat.org) to set this up!
Can we donate items to the ReStore?
Yes, if you are interested in donating to the ReStore, we can schedule a pickup!

In-kind donations are donations or discounts used on our build sites, or donations of food for events, but ReStore donations are still tax-deductible!

We partner with local businesses for special fundraising events. If you’d like to set one up through your business, just reach out!
Can we donate items to the ReStore?
Yes! We can schedule a pickup for ReStore donations, which are tax-deductible and help fund our mission through resale. Please note these are tracked separately from in-kind construction donations that go directly to our build sites.
