We’d like to formally welcome these 29 students from Saint Vincent College in Pennsylvania to North Carolina!
Collegiate Challenge is a nation-wide program that creates opportunities for college students to take Alternate Spring Break trips to Habitat for Humanity affiliates across the country. The students stay at Camp Royall in Pittsboro and work on our Construction sites for a week–they go home with great memories, construction skills, and new friends.
This group arrived (driving through six inches of snow!) on Sunday, and they began work in Pittsboro, Bear Creek, and Siler City today. We’re so glad that these students chose to come to North Carolina rather than a beach in Florida!
